Udaipur-based direct-to-consumer fashion brand Beyoung plans to expand its retail presence with the launch of 100 new offline stores during the current financial year.
The company’s aggressive expansion plan includes opening of 300 stores over the next three years will focus on tier 2, 3, 4 cities across the country.
Beyoung embarked on its expansion journey with a store launch in Bhilwara. It plans to continue its offline expansion by opening 30 stores in states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu in the coming months.
Earlier this year, the company had secured an undisclosed amount as investment from Abu Dhabi’s Royal Family to fuel its expansion plans.
Commenting on the expansion, Shivam Soni, founder of Beyoung in a statement said, “This is a huge step in our journey of offline expansion in tier 2, 3, and 4 cities. We are looking forward to offering quality products in many more cities. We will also be adding more categories in the year ahead.”
Founded in 2018, Beyoung claims to have delivered over 2 million online orders and boasts around 3 million customers. It aims to achieve gross merchandise value of Rs 650 crore by 2027 which currently stands at Rs 200 crore.
