Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd reported a 65 percent rise in net profit to Rs 3 crore ($3,58,271) for the first quarter ended June 30, as against Rs 2 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 58 percent to Rs 74 crore, as against Rs 47 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
During the quarter, the company’s apparel sales volume surged by 173 percent reaching 21 lakh pieces while home furnishing sales remained robust with 3 lakh units sold.
Commenting on the results, Saurav Gupta, director of Bella Casa in a statement said, “This quarter marks a robust start to FY25, with peak utilization and a promising business outlook indicating exciting growth ahead. Our strategic decisions, particularly our frugal yet impactful investments in capacity expansion, are geared towards optimizing returns on equity and capital employed, ensuring superior cash conversion cycles.”
