Beautywise raises Rs 3 crore from Boat co-founder Aman Gupta

Beautywise, a beauty and wellness brand has raised Rs 3 crore ($3,44,655) from Boat co-founder Aman Gupta on Shark Tank India.

The beauty brand has earlier raised Rs 6.5 crore in its seed funding round led by AC Ventures and several angel investors.

Beautywise will utilise the funds to strengthen its retail presence, product diversification, research & development and brand building initiatives.

Commenting on the funding, Shreyansh Chauhan, CEO of Beautywise in a statement said, “This funding will enable us to continue developing revolutionary products, to expand our team and brand presence.”

“Accordingly, Beautywise will channel funds into R&D for new products as well as into widening its footprint – by hiring a larger field force and strengthening partnerships with clinics and pharmacies – to better serve customers nationwide,” Chauhan added.

Founded in 2021 by Anousha Chauhan and Shreyansh Chauhan, Beautywise targets a discerning audience aged 24 to 44. The brand’s products are available in pharmacies, skin clinics, online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms across India.
