Skincare brand Pilgrim launched a pop-up station at pilgrimage festival Mahakumbh 2025 to connect with diverse demographics and showcase its products in new areas with free offerings.
Pilgrim travelled to Uttar Pradesh to offer visitors to the Mahakumbh site free water and skincare
essentials to aid them on their pilgrimage, the brand announced in a press release. The brand highlighted its products designed to protect from the sun and its dedicated pop-up stall gave passers by the chance to learn more about the label.
“Beyond just offering essentials, Pilgrim took the time to connect with pilgrims, listening to their incredible stories and honoring their journeys,” announced the brand in a press release. “To celebrate these moments, Pilgrim captured the raw emotions and experiences of pilgrims in a heartfelt video, paying tribute to their devotion and resilience.”
The Mahakumbh 2025 concluded on February 26 and was attended by over 65 crore devotees, Good Returns reported. The festival takes place every 144 years.
“This initiative was a testament to the spirit of self-discovery and devotion that defines Mahakumbh,” announced the brand. “Because at its core, only a Pilgrim can truly understand a Pilgrim.”
Pilgrim is a direct to customer vegan skincare brand which uses natural, FDA approved ingredients in its products and retails from its e-commerce store. Founded in Mumbai in 2019, Pilgrim is also PETA certified, according to its Linkedin page.
