Footwear brand Bata India launched accessories label Nine West in the Indian market with a star studded event in New Delhi. Celebrity guest Chitrangda Singh and others gathered to view Nine West’s latest collection of shoes and handbags in the capital.
“At Bata, our aim is to bring the best of world’s fashion to India for our discerning customers,” said Bata India’s head of marketing Deepika Deepti, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Nine West, born in New York City and thriving globally, is one of the most recognisable brands in the world. With its entry in India exclusively in partnership with Bata, we are proud to continue to make truly high fashion and premium styles accessible to all.”
The party was also attended by local influencers including Bo-Tai and guests could browse a decorative wall of Bata accessories for the summer season. The brand’s new collection features a wide range of party heels in bold hues of magenta and tangerine with metallic options adding sparkle.
The collection takes its inspiration from female leaders who excel in their respective fields, according to the brand. Nine West’s collection has launched exclusively on Bata’s e-commerce store and in its brick-and-mortar stores across India.
