Baby care, skincare, and lifestyle house of brands Baby & Mom Retail aims to achieve a revenue total of Rs 100 crore in the 2025. Keen to continue its growth trajectory, the business has earmarked 2026 for its initial public offering.

We’re proud of our growth and achievements, but we’re even more excited about what lies ahead.”
Baby & Mom Retail’s brands include baby personal care label Oyo Baby as well as RedCop, Newish, Gadda Co, and Mattress Protector. The business reported Rs 44 crore in revenue in the 2024 financial year, up from Rs 23 crore in the 2023 fiscal year and attributes its swift growth to its strong digital presence and focus on product safety.
