Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited’s menswear brand Peter England opened a new, expanded store in Kathmandu, Nepal. Located in the city’s Kumaripati neighbourhood, the 750 square foot store is designed to cater to the city’s increasing demand for premium apparel.
“Peter England Kumaripati Branch is moving to a new location across the street,” announced Peter England Nepal on the eve of the store opening. “The new showroom with double the size and variety will open its doors… However till then, our current showroom will remain closed.”
The Kumaripati store was inaugurated by Nepalese actor and media personality Ayushman Joshi, the celebrity announced on Facebook. Originally founded in 1889, Peter England also has stores in Nepal’s capital in Civil Mall and Sherpa Mall. The brand retails in Nepal in partnership with Pacific Business Private Limited
“We are pleased to expand our presence in Nepal with the launch of our third store in Kathmandu,” said Peter England’s chief operating officer Anil S Kumar, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Peter England stands for trust, quality, and affordability, and we aim to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our customers.
