Sustainable fibre business Birla Cellulose has launched ‘Birla Connect’ as a customer access portal to strengthen its commitment to customer centricity and digital transformation by mixing user-centric features with technology.

The customer access portal is designed to offer one-stop solution for all customer interactions. With multiple language options, Birla Connect is geared towards a global audience.
Birla Connect can access their real-time account balances and transaction details and can utilise live GPS tracking to manage their deliveries. To promote swift and effective order resolutions, users can attach photos and videos of their orders and view their billing details, invoices, and credit and debit notes in one place.
