Beauty business Yes Madam is eyeing a revenue total of Rs 200 crore next year, up from its current revenue run rate of Rs 120 crore. The business also plans to expand its reach to over 300 cities in the coming three years.
“The goal is to overcome any limitations in the online space and provide a complete solution to our consumers,” said Yes Madam’s co-founder Mayank Arya, India Retailing reported. “Global expansion is definitely on the horizon, with a step-by-step approach… Our top priority is to ensure that as we grow, our partners grow with us- financially and in knowledge. The goal is continuous growth and delivering 10-fold value to our customers.”
The business offers bookable salon appointments to customers’ homes with its team of trained professionals. Yes Madam aims to increase its monthly bookings total to five lakh and expects to see a return on investment of up to 76% for its franchise partners.
Yes Madam recently teamed up with Bollywood celebrity Shraddha Kapoor to launch a new campaign for its salon services, the business announced on Facebook. Currently operational in 57 Indian cities, Yes Madam also recently made its brick-and-mortar debut with its first address in Ghaziabad to connect with customer in person.
Yes Madam aims to expand with an omni-channel approach and will open two additional offline locations in the coming months. “We are satisfied with our growth so far, and the best part is that we are still profitable,” said Arya.
