Recently launched apparel brand 28 Moons is expanding its product offering and commitment to sustainable fashion by working with a range of Indian-made textiles and offering a lifetime reparability warranty on its premium garments.
“We are on a journey to reinvent what ‘craft’ means by envisioning new applications for fibres, fabrics, and weaving techniques that have endured for centuries,” said 28 Moons’ founder Aprajita in a press release. “The first in our series was – ‘The Pashmina Edit’.”
The Pashmina Edit features shirts, jackets, and trench coats in hues of black, royal blue, chartreuse, and magenta. The tailored garments are designed to work between the office, leisure time, and the evening with a minimalist yet bold aesthetic.
28 Moons has also expanded its offering to include silk, silk wool, and linen lines, according to its website. Each of the label’s garments now has a lifetime reparability warranty which means that shoppers can always have their 28 Moons pieces repaired if needed to extend the garment’s life and reduce textile waste.
The brand is based in New Delhi and retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store. 28 Moons’ collections are divided into three categories: ‘Men’, ‘Women’, and ‘Unisex’ and the online store offers both pan-India and international shipping.
