Fashion and lifestyle focused shopping centre Texvalley will expand its retail footprint with the launch of ‘Value Mall.’ Scheduled to open in the Kongu region in June this year, the mall is currently at its fit-out stage.
The Value Mall aims to cater to Erode and its neighbouring cities, including Salem, Tiruppur, Namakkal, Karur, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, and the Nilgiris, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. Designed as a modern shopping destination, Value Mall will feature a mix of Indian and international brands across retail, dining, and entertainment.Â
Key attractions will include a 15,000-square-foot, triple-height family entertainment centre, an over 500 seater food court, a 25,000-square-foot hypermarket, and a 25,000-square-foot multi-brand outlet. The mall will also house a multiplex and aims to become both a regional fashion and entertainment hub.Â
With leasing underway, the development presents an opportunity for brands seeking to expand in South India, according to Texvalley. Beyond Squarefeet, a mall advisory and management firm, is currently overseeing the project’s marketing and leasing strategy.
Texvalley positions itself as a key business and shopping destination in the Kongu region, integrating wholesale and retail spaces. The Value Mall expansion aligns with the company’s strategy to address the increasing demand for organised retail in the region.
Texvalley already runs a mall located in Erode, Tamil Nadu which retails a range of fashion and lifestyle brands, according to its Facebook page. Measuring 20 lakh square feet, the shopping centre also focuses on value retail.Â
