On March 21, business to customer fashion fair Sutraa launched a multi-brand shopping event in Raipur at the Babylon International to connect up and coming brands with the Chhattisgarh state capital’s shoppers.
“Sutraa Exhibition in Raipur starts today,” announced the event organisers on Facebook on Friday. “Sutraa Exhibition is coming to town, bringing a grand collection of trendy wear, jewellery, and lifestyle products from top-notch brands. This is the ultimate shopping destination you’ve been waiting for.”
The shopping event will showcase spring and summer women’s fashion and run until March 23. Focusing on premium labels, the event aims to celebrate Indian design and entrepreneurship.
On March 28, Sutraa will travel to Kolkata to hold a shopping fair at the city’s Royal Bengal Room City Centre – 1. The event will feature a similar product selection to its Raipur edition with a number of West Bengal labels scheduled to participate.
Sutraa has travelled to a range of cities this March and held fashion fairs in Patna, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Vizag, and Nagpur. The event organiser Sutraa Exhibitions is based in Kolkata and organises exhibitions across India to enable local brands to increase visibility and connect with new customer demographics, according to its website.
