Delhi based designer Rajdeep Ranawat will make his debut at the Lakme Fashion Week with the showcase of his spring resort collection ‘Nizam’ on March 15th in Mumbai.
The collection made from luxurious silks, vintage metallic threads, pearls, and semi-precious gemstones has been inspired by the namesake dignitaries of Hyderabad ‘Nizam’.
The upcoming edition of Lakme Fashion Week will be held from March 13th to 17th, 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC Mumbai.
Commenting on the collection, Rajdeep Ranawat in a statement said, “The ‘Nizam’ collection is a tribute to the timeless allure of Lucknow’s Royal courtesans and the Jewels of the Nizams from Hyderabad, blending history with contemporary sophistication to create garments that are both elegant and enchanting.”
