New Balance launches first Mumbai store on Linking Road with Pat Cummings

Sportswear brand New Balance has launched an exclusive brand outlet in Mumbai as part of its strategic expansion plan for India. Located on the metro’s Linking Road, the store was inaugurated by cricketer and brand ambassador Pat Cummings.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the launch celebrations of New Balance’s Mumbai store,” said Pat Cummings in a press release. “It’s exciting to see New Balance growing in India, a move that should excite all sports enthusiasts. New Balance recently launched an India subsidiary and its new Mumbai store is designed to mix sports and culture, showing its vision for continued expansion in the country. The Linking Road store’s design centres around central seating to promote community building and red overhead lighting mirrors New Balance’s striking logo.
