Neeman’s appoints Amit Phutane as chief business officer

Footwear brand Neeman’s has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Amit Phutane as its new chief business officer.

In his new role, Phutane will be responsible to lead the growth of the brand’s revenue and profits.

Commenting on the appointment, Amar Preet Singh, co-founder of Neeman’s in a statement said, “Amit’s addition to the Neeman’s team reaffirms our commitment to innovation, growth, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. We are excited to embark on this new chapter with Amit leading our business endeavours.”

Prior to joining Neeman’s, Phutane was the business head at Duroflex. He is a season profession with over two decades of experience in senior roles with companies like Bombay Dyeing, Ola, Kansai Nerolac, Essar, and The Walt Disney Company.

Neeman’s is an eco-friendly shoe brand that sells classic sneakers, jogging shoes, and loafers in a range of colours. It is endorsed by celebrities like Jasprit Bumrah, Bhumi Pednekar, Samantha Prabhu, and Mandira Bedi.
