“We are poised for an exciting future with investments in research and development, robust in-house tech capabilities, and commitment to optimise our supply chain to handle current and new product offerings,” said Nat Habit’s co-founder Gaurav Agarwal, ET Retail reported.

The business aims to become profitable in terms of earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation in approximately a year and a half’s time. The majority of Nat Habit’s revenue comes from its own e-commerce store and shoppers in Tier 2 and smaller cities are increasingly becoming a strong customer base for the label.

Nat Habit plans to expand its skincare and haircare offerings to address a wide range of beauty concerns. The brand also plans to increase awareness and visibility to reach new consumer demographics and expand its distribution into brick-and-mortar retail.

“As we move to the next leg of our journey, we remain deeply committed to our mission of making authentic 100% natural beauty and personal care accessible to every Indian household,” said Nat Habit’s co-founder Swagatika Das. “We believe in giving more than we take and are confident that the consumer and stakeholders will truly benefit as we move ahead.”
