Meena Bazaar opens fifth Bengaluru store on Commercial Street

Women’s ethnic and occasion wear brand Meena Bazaar has launched its fifth brick-and-mortar store to date in the city of Bengaluru. Situated at the high street location of Commercial Street, the new store bolsters the label’s presence in the metro in time for the summer wedding season.

“We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our newest store at Commercial Street, Bengaluru,” announced Meena Bazaar’s head of business Manish Jeetwal in a post on Linkedin. “This marks our fifth store in the vibrant city of Bengaluru, and we couldn’t be more excited to expand our presence in this dynamic market. See you at Meena Bazaar – where every visit is a journey of discovery!”

The new store’s glass façade features mannequins wearing festive sarees and both the store’s interior and exterior feature gold and maroon colour schemes. Inside the boutique, shoppers can browse a selection of kurtas, sarees, lehengas, and matching sets in vibrant hues. The store launch is part of the brand’s target to reach a total of over 250 exclusive brand outlets by 2025, India Retailing reported.
 
Meena Bazaar was launched by Suresh and Vishnu Manglani in 1970 in New Delhi. Today, the brand retails in 17 Indian states with over 70 stores in both India and the US, according to its website.
