Johnson’s Baby partners with Anil and Sonam Kapoor for new campaign

Baby skincare brand Johnson’s Baby has partnered with Bollywood celebrities and father daughter duo Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor to launch a television campaign titled ‘Irresistible Cheeks,’ as part of its wider ‘’Protection Pehle Din Se’ campaign.

“Johnson’s® baby has partnered with parents to provide the best for babies,” said the business’ unit head for essential health and vice president of marketing Manoj Gadgil in a press release. “A newborn’s skin is 30% thinner compared to adults and loses moisture faster. As a brand which has a deep understanding of baby skin science, our latest campaign ‘Protection Pehle Din Se’ highlights the importance of moisturising baby’s delicate skin from Day 1 and superiority of our products to protect baby’s skin against dryness to retain its softness.”
 
The television campaign will be rolled out in nine languages and will also be disseminated digitally to reach shoppers across India. The campaign was conceptualised by DDB and produced by Flirting Vision and highlights the brand’s commitment to ensure soft skin from day one.
 
“Having directed many Johnson’s Baby campaigns, shooting with a baby in front of a camera is always full of surprises,” said Flirting Vision’s director Benny Mallik. “One never knows when we get the right shot, but I have no issues in becoming a friend or a clown to bring the best expressions from the baby! And the magic happens, like always.”
