Menswear brand Jade Blue presented a selection of western wear suits and traditional wedding ensembles on the runway at Sheetal Gharana Ahmedabad Times Fashion Week.
This season, Jade Blue showcased lashings of sparkle and sleek tailoring on the runway for its Ahmedabad showcase. Maroon slim-fit western style suits were adorned with glittering black details while brilliant white traditional sets featured light pink and silver details for a regal effect. The collection also featured a number of more experimental formal wear options such as a black high neck blazer with abstract, surreal style appliqués.
Jade Blue is also the fashion week’s style partner, Times Fashion Week announced on Facebook. The event is powered by Gujarat Tourism and other brands scheduled to take part in the event include Amrin Khan, Jigya M, Sandhya Shah, Darshi Shah Bhavin Trivedi (DSBT), Seema Kalavadia, and Disha Vadgama among others with jewellery by Sarkar Jewellers.
Jade Blue was launched by Jitendra and Bipin Chauhan under the name ‘Supreemo’ in 1981, Your Story reported. The brand was renamed ‘Jade Blue’ in 1995, using the founder’s first name initials, and went on to become an established menswear brand in Gujarat and beyond.
