FNP launches ‘Retail Shine’ concept store in Gurgaon

Gifting and accessories business FNP has launched a new retail concept store named ‘Retail Shine’ in Gurgaon’s Sector 46. The company owned company operated store aims to offer a hybrid online and offline shopping experience.

“The COCO [company owned company operated] store embodies our commitment to delivering convenience and a delightful consumer experience, whether our customers prefer to shop in person or online,” said FNP’s COO of retail and franchise Anil Sharma, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Our hybrid model, integrating a retail showroom with integrated quick commerce operations, enables us to provide an exceptional consumer journey. Opening in such a premium and convenient location will meet the high demand for our store, elevating our customers’ experience with FNP.”
 
The store integrates both a retail outlet with a functional dark store so customers can either come to the store to browse in person or order online with fast delivery. This FNP store has also debuted a subscription plan service which enables shoppers to secure regular deliveries of their preferred items.
 
The FNP store retails goods including handcrafted accessories, personalised gift items, cakes, and flowers among others. The outlet also houses many products designed for specific festivities and life events.
