Elite Runway Week celebrates sustainable fashion in Delhi

Fashion show Elite Runway Week celebrated sustainable design at its recent event at New Delhi’s Hyatt Centric. The evening featured designers including Rosy Ahluwalia, Mukesh Dubey, Shikher Varma, and Alley Sharma and media personalities including Ronit Agrawal and Himanshu Pathak.

Elite Runway Week took place on August 25 and was organised by fashion entrepreneur Shivanshu Pathak and presented by Abscod Informatics, the latter announced in a press release. Designed to promote eco-conscious fashion, the runway show was attended by former member of parliament Udit Raj and his wife Seema Raj along with other local dignitaries.
 
Other participating brands included Kalpna Gautam, Sneha, Vipin Agrawal, and Mamta Malik. Students from the Lal Bahadur Shastri Fashion Institute also showcased their designs on the runway.
 
Designer Mukesh Dubey’s fashion show saw actress Arshi Khan grace the runway as showstopper and Rosy Ahluwalia chose Sonam Chhabra and influencer Supriya Nagpal to conclude the show. Retail businesses Varma Sons and Shoppers Stop also showcased their wares to attendees.
 
“Elite Runway Week is more than just a fashion event; it’s a movement toward a more sustainable and responsible industry,” said Elite Runway Week and Abscod Informatics’ founder Shivanshu Pathak in a press release. “We believe that fashion has the power to inspire change, and through this platform, we are committed to showcasing the incredible potential of eco-friendly and ethical practices. Our goal is to lead by example and encourage others in the industry to embrace sustainability as the future of fashion.”
