Birkenstock expands presence with store in Lucknow

German footwear brand Birkenstock has expanded its retail presence in India with the launch of its newest store in the city of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

The store located at Phoenix Palassio Mall is spread across an area of 1,087 square feet housing the latest collections from the brand.

Commenting on the launch, Jens Hattab, regional managing director India at Birkenstock in a statement said, “Birkenstock is excited to introduce its latest store in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow plays a key role as a market for the brand, and we look forward to delivering an exceptional experience to our customers there.”

Vinay Bansal, managing director at Birkenstock India, added, “We are delighted to further expand Birkenstock’s legacy into Northern India, introducing the region to unparalleled comfort and the latest styles offered by the brand.”

This year, Birkenstock celebrates 250 years of footwear manufacturing and plans to open numerous new addresses worldwide, including in India.
