Bath & Body Works opens 39th India store in Surat

US-based personal care, fragrance, and lifestyle brand Bath & Body Works has opened its 39th store to date in India in diamond hub Surat. The business’ new launch is located in Surat’s VR Mall and marks its fourth address to date in Gujarat. 

“We are happy to announce the opening of Bath & Body Works at VR Mall, Surat,” announced Apparel Group India Private Limited on Linkedin, sharing snapshots of the new store. “This marks our fourth store in Gujarat and 39th in India.”

The new store has an open façade and features the brand’s signature blue and white gingham print. Inside the store, ‘The Men’s Shop’ is a dedicated segment for men’s grooming products with a navy-blue colour palette and wide range of scented skincare and body care goods. A segment for Bath & Body Works’ candles stands front and centre in the outlet and the store also has a segment dedicated to festive gifting for the winter season. 

The store launched with Bath & Body Works’ ‘Semi Annual Sale’ which offers up to 70% off on select products. The outlet joins Bath & Body Works’ other Gujarat stores in Ahmedabad and Vadodara.

Bath & Body Works first launched in the Indian market in 2018 in partnership with Apparel Group India Private Limited, the Indian arm of Middle East-based clothing giant Apparel Group. Along with its brick-and-mortar stores across India, Bath & Body Works also retails online on multi-brand e-commerce platforms including Amazon India, Nykaa, and Myntra.
