Apparel Group opens first Victoria’s Secret store in Kerala in Kochi’s Lulu Mall

Apparel Group India has opened its first brick-and-mortar store for US-based brand Victoria’s Secret in the state of Kerala. Located in Kochi’s Lulu Mall, the store is Victoria’s Secret’s tenth exclusive brand outlet in India to date.

“Shh, it’s not a secret anymore,” announced Lulu Mall Kochi on Facebook. “Victoria’s Secret, now open at LuLu Mall, Kochi, for the first time in Kerala. Give your body the luxury it deserves!”
 
The new store has a soft pink interior and open store front to create a bright and fresh atmosphere. Shoppers can browse product categories including fragrance, inner wear, personal care, sleepwear, and accessories among others.
 
“At Apparel Group, we are not merely expanding our footprint; we are opening gateways for global brands to seamlessly integrate into the fabric of India,” said Apparel Group India’s president Tushar Ved, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “We wanted to bring the iconic Victoria’s Secret brand closer to our customers in South India. This launch is a significant step in our journey to enrich the retail landscape in India, bringing brands that are known for their innovation and exceptional products and services.”
 
The store is designed to help Victoria’s Secret to connect with more shoppers in South India. The outlet was built around the brand’s ‘Store of the Future’ concept, which harnesses technology with the aim of creating an immersive retail experience.
