Retail giant Apparel Group India will open the first ever Victoria’s Secret Beauty concept store in Pune on November 4. The store is located inside Phoenix Mall of the Millennium in the city’s Wakad district and is designed with a ‘Store of the Future’ concept.
“We are thrilled to bring the iconic Victoria’s Secret Beauty brand to Pune and provide an exceptional shopping experience for beauty enthusiasts in the region,” said Apparel Group India’s president Tushar Ved in a press release on November 3. “At Apparel Group, we are committed to bringing the most coveted international brands closer to Indian consumers. The opening of this store is a testament to our mission of providing the most desirable international brands to discerning customers.”
The new store retails fragrances, body mists, lotions, fashion accessories, handbags, and cosmetic cases among other branded goods. The brand’s signature scents including ‘Bombshell’, ‘Very Sexy’, ‘Tease’, and ‘Heavenly’ have all launched in-store along with its ‘Bare Rose Collection’.
“With its high concentration of affluent consumers, Pune was a natural choice for us to expand our presence in Tier II cities,” said Apparel Group India’s CEO Abhishek Bajpai. “We are confident that the choice of Phoenix Mall of the Millennium as the store’s location will further strengthen our commitment to reaching our target audience through the newest shopping destination in the city.”
