Sanathan Textiles Limited sees profits after tax total $0.41 million in FY25 Q3

Yarn manufacturer Sanathan Textiles Limited saw its profits after tax total $0.41 million in the third quarter of the 2025 financial year. The business’ earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation rose and revenue from operations touched $89.17 million.

“EBITDA has increased as a result of stable pricing and improved operational efficiency,” said Sanathan Textiles Limited’s chairman and managing director Paresh Dattani, Apparel Resources reported. “It is anticipated that demand will continue to be strong due to supportive industry trends and government regulations regarding the textile sector. It is projected that activities in Punjab will start in Q1 FY26 in order to meet the increasing demand. With a capacity increase from 550 to 1,500 tonnes per day, this new plant will gradually increase manufacturing output.”

The business also recently launched its new product ‘Cationic Dyeable Polyester,’ Sanathan Textiles Limited announced on Facebook. The specialised polyester yarn “can be coloured with cationic dyes,” announced the business on Facebook. “It shows excellent colour development and fastness and hence CDP yarns not only enhances [sic] dyeability but also results in more vibrant and ling-lasting colours. 

To bolster its board, Sanathan Textiles Limited also announced that Khurshed Thanawalla has been nominated to serve as an independent director on the board of its fully owned subsidiary Sanathan Polycot Private Limited. Sanathan Textiles Limited is based in Mumbai and specialises in polyester filament yarn, cotton yarn, and yarns for technical textiles and Industrial applications, according to its Linkedin page.
