Fashion, beauty, and gifting retailer Shoppers Stop has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Silchar to connect with shoppers in Assam. The new store houses products by over 500 Indian and international brands and offers a range of interactive services.
Shopper Stop launched its new Silchar location in the presence of a group of its Black, Platinum, and Gold rewards customers who were given the opportunity to preview its offerings. Along with products for men, women, and children, the department store offers beauty makeovers and personal shopping services along with its ‘Shoppers Stop First Citizens Club’ rewards programme.
The new store houses fashion brands including Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Levis, Biba, W, GAP, Rare Rabbit, Simon Carter, UCB, and USPA and watches from labels such as CK, Titan, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Armani Exchange, and Fossil. Shoppers Stop’s beauty segment features labels including L’Oréal, Lakmē, Maybelline, Coach, and Jimmy Choo and its footwear segment features Skechers, Puma, and Adidas designs.
Shoppers Stop was established in 1991 and refers to itself as “the nation’s leading premier retailer of fashion and beauty brands.” Today, the business counts 112 department stores, seven premium home concept stores, 87 Specialty Beauty stores for a range of brands, 22 Intune stores, and 21 airport doors.
