Global fashion and retail business Apparel Group has partnered with British clothing and outerwear brand Barbour to expand into the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Apparel Group plans to launch its first Barbour store in Dubai by next spring.
“We are excited to announce Apparel Group’s exclusive partnership with British heritage and lifestyle brand Barbour,” announced Apparel Group in a Linkedin post. “The partnership aims to grow Barbour’s footprint in the GCC with the first Barbour store set to open in Dubai by Spring 2025, bringing the iconic brand closer to our customers. Stay tuned for more updates!”
Along with its upcoming Dubai store, Barbour will expand into all GCC markets comprising the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. The partnership will also see Barbour launch a collection tailored specifically to GCC markets titled ‘52 Weeks All-Summer Collection’, featuring a number of the label’s classic designs and bestsellers.
