The score gives him 64.6%, placing him in the First Class category. The mark sheet suggests a mixed academic performance, with clear strengths in some subjects and weaker scores in others.
Reportedly, the superstar scored the highest in Science with 206 out of 300. He also appears to have performed reasonably well in Tamil and English. In Social Science, he is listed as having scored 122 out of 200. Mathematics, however, appears to be his lowest-scoring subject, with 95 out of 200.
During his academic years, Vijay later joined Loyola College to pursue a course in Visual Communication. However, he eventually dropped out and entered the film industry after developing a fascination for acting.

Thalapathy Vijay is next expected to star in the action drama Jana Nayagan. Directed by H. He even encourages her to join the military despite her fear of violence.

The film was initially slated for release on January 9, 2026, but due to the unavailability of a censor certificate, it has remained stuck in release limbo. Even after the movie was reportedly leaked online, the makers are still expected to release it soon, with rumors suggesting a significant change to the actor’s title card.
