Baby & Mom Retail launches on Walmart US to enter global market

Baby & Mom Retail Private Limited has expanded into the global market by launching on Walmart US, making its products available across 48 states and Washington, D.C. to reach new international customer demographics.

“We are thrilled to bring Baby & Mom’s trusted products to families across the United States through Walmart,” said Baby & Mom Retail Private Limited’s founder and CEO Shish Kharasiya, India Retailing reported. “This is just the beginning of our global expansion as we continue to innovate, scale, and make parenting easier for families everywhere.”

In India, the company has strengthened its domestic presence by expanding into the quick commerce segment. Its products are now stocked in 70% of Blinkit’s 1,007 stores, Swiggy Instamart’s 705 stores, and Zepto’s 750 dark stores. Baby & Mom aims to be available in every dark store across the country to position itself as a key player in the evolving quick commerce landscape.

To support its growth plans, the company has doubled its workforce over the past year from 300 to 600 employees, with plans to exceed 1,000 soon. It has also expanded its warehouse infrastructure from 60,000 square feet to 1 lakh square feet, with a target of reaching 3 lakh square feet in the coming year. With strategically located warehouses in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, and Ludhiana, Baby & Mom Retail is strengthening its operational capabilities as it scales both in India and internationally.
