Veteran actor and Ayan Mukerji’s father Deb Mukherjee has passed away. Known for his roles in movies like Sikandar, Adhikar and more, he was 83. According to a report published in Zoom, he passed away this morning on March 14, 2025. It has been revealed that he was feeling unwell for the past couple of months.

A source close to the publication informed them that Ayan Mukerji’s father Deb Mukherjee passed away this morning due to age-relared ailments. He was the father of filmmaker Ayan Mukerji and father-in-law of filmmaker, Ashutosh Gowariker.
