Gokyo, an outdoor apparel and accessories brand has expanded its retail footprint with the opening of its second store in the city of Mumbai.
The store located in Prabhadevi next to the Siddhivinayak temple will house the brand’s signature collections that include Explorer, Alphine, and Sherpa.
Gokyo is currently in talks with investors to raise funds to fuel its offline expansion and strengthen its market presence across the country.
Commenting on the expansion, Venkatesh Maheshwari, co-founder of Gokyo in a statement said, “Our expansion reflected our commitment to serving the evolving needs of Indian explorers & travellers who value high-quality, culturally inspired outdoor gear. Each product we created honored the resilience of the outdoors and the people who navigated them, and our new store was an exciting opportunity to bring this vision to more explorers, especially in South Mumbai.”
Apart from its offline stores, Gokyo also retails through its website and multi-brand e-commerce marketplaces.
