Ortholite expands manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu (#1681806)

Ortholite, the global footwear solutions brand has expanded its manufacturing facility in Ambur, Tamil Nadu India and opened a new sales office in Chennai to fuel its growth.

With this new facility, the company will be able to manufacture two million pairs of insoles per month making it the largest insole manufacturer in South Asia.

The new facility will help Ortholite expand local capacities and cater to the needs of its brand partners in the region.

Commenting on the expansion, Glenn Barrett, founder CEO of Ortholite in a statement said, “India is a thriving market both for our domestic consumer and export business. Ortholite’s expanded facility will also serve as an important hub for leather insole craftsmanship and other forthcoming innovations within our company.”

Ortholite India’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces insoles for over 60 of the company’s global partner footwear brands.
