Unicommerce Ltd Q2 net profit jumps 21 percent to Rs 4 crore

Unicommerce Esolutions Ltd reported a 21 percent increase in net profit to Rs 4.4 crore ($5,23,369) for the quarter ended September 30, as against Rs 3.6 crore in the year-ago period.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose to Rs 31 crore, as against Rs 28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Unicommerce’s expenses during the July-September quarter rose to Rs 24 crore, as against Rs 22 crore a year ago.

Commenting on the results, Kapil Makhija, managing director CEO of Unicommerce in a statement said, “In Q2FY25, we gained significant momentum, acquiring over 100+ new enterprise clients, including a few marquee names such as VIP Bags, Landmark Group etc. We continue to demonstrate 100 percent net run rate in our enterprise business, driven by strong client retention.”

“With the promising long-term outlook for India’s e-commerce market and our competitive advantages, we are confident that Unicommerce will continue its trajectory of consistent growth with expanding profitability, as we have consistently demonstrated over the years,” he added.

Founded in 2012, Unicommerce operates a platform that helps streamline e-commerce operations for brands, sellers, and logistics providers.
