Tata Trent partners with Bharat Realty Venture to launch Westside stores in Mumbai suburbs

Retail giant Tata Group has teamed up with property developer Bharat Realty Venture Private Limited to launch two stores for Tata Trent’s apparel brand Westside. The stores will be located in Mumbai’s suburbs at Bharat Skyvistas and Bharat Arize.

“This partnership with Tata Trent is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality retail experiences in Mumbai,” said Bharat Realty Venture’s managing director Dhaval Barot in a press release. “Both Bharat Skyvistas and Bharat Arize are strategically located to serve as key retail destinations for shoppers, and we are thrilled to bring the Westside brand to these vibrant neighbourhoods. As we embark on this venture amidst the festive season, we are delighted to offer shoppers a spirited and joyful atmosphere to explore.”
 
The initiative is designed to establish large-scale Westside retail stores in the heart of Mumbai’s western suburbs as Bharat Realty Venture bolsters its retail property portfolio. The business also recently collaborated with The Indian Hotels Company Limited for a development.
 
Bharat Skyvistas is situated DN Nagar, Andheri West and will house an expansive 40,000 square foot retail area. Located on Goregaon’s Link Road, Bharat Arize will feature a 30,000 square foot retail area.
 
Westside retails a selection of apparel, accessories, homeware, and beauty products for men and women. The retailer focuses on its private label brands and designs 22 labels in house.
