NeceSera eyes global market with Milan showcase

Indian loungewear brand NeceSera made its runway debut in Milan, Italy during Milan Fashion Week. The brand presented colourful womenswear collection ‘Arrivato’ to a global audience as it turns its attention to international expansion.

“We are honoured to present NeceSera’s vision of quality and timelessness in everyday wear on the global fashion stage,” said NeceSera’s founder Riddhi Jain in a press release. “As a loungewear brand, NeceSera showcases a slow-fashion range with long-term trends and the most comfortable fabrics. We are taking our Indian craftsmanship and research to the world.”
 
Models walked down a garden path which was turned into a runway, surrounded by trees and lush greenery. Purple inner wear sets and candy striped button downs were accompanied by fluid drapes and sportswear style pieces for a collection designed to bring Indian design to the world stage.  
 
“NeceSera was born with a vision to revolutionise loungewear, and now with the introduction of transitional clothing,” said NeceSera’s co-founder Sudiksha Jain. “We’re revolutionising the way people seek comfort and style. Each garment in this collection is easily usable from one social setting to another, and it is our way of promoting a conscious living.”
 
Riddhi Jain and Sudiksha Jain launched NeceSera in 2017 as a loungewear brand. Along with aiming to promote wellness and self care through its garments, the brand also takes part in grassroots initiatives including 70% water recycling and creating upcycled products.
