FDCI to bring together bridal wear brands at Manifest Wedding Weekend

The Fashion Design Council of India and media business Manifest have joined forces for the second edition of multi-brand bridal fashion fair ‘Manifest Wedding Weekend’. The event will take place from August 3 to 4 at the Taj Palace in New Delhi.

“The overwhelming response to our inaugural FDCI Wedding Weekend set a high standard,” said FDCI’s chairman Sunil Sethi in a press release. “This year, we aim to elevate the shopping experience even more to the discerning consumer. Print and digital media together form a comprehensive and creative promotional strategy, reaching diverse audiences and driving consumer interest. By uniting coveted couturiers, jewellers, gifting and accessory partners with wedding professionals, we continue to tap into the booming Indian wedding and luxury fashion market, making this event the premier platform for acquiring festive couture, red-carpet creations, and exquisite jewellery.”
 
The event caters to brides, grooms, and their respective families and features labels based across India. Bridal couture designers set to take part include Asal & Mard by Abu Sandeep, Amit Aggarwal, Dolly J, Falguni Shane Peacock, Gaurav Gupta Couture, Jayanti Reddy, Anita Dongre, JJ Valaya, Kunal Rawal, Rahul Mishra, Rimzim Dadu, Roseroom By Isha Jajodia, Suneet Varma, Tarun Tahiliani, Anju Modi, Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna, Mynah’s Reynu Taandon, Sulakshana Monga, Siddartha Tytler, Shanti Banaras, Asha Gautam, and Madhav Agasti.

Guests will be able to interact with designers in person as they shop their wedding trousseau. Jewellery will also feature from brands including Prakshi Fine Jewellery, Raj Mahtani Couture Jewellers, Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery, and Kishandas & Co among others.
