Designer and entrepreneur Masaba Gupta’s clothing brand House of Masaba has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Chandigarh to bring its bold designs to the city’s shoppers. The store measures 2,451 square feet and is located in Chandigarh’s Sector 7.
“House of Masaba is pleased to announce the opening of its first flagship store in Chandigarh,” announced the brand in a press release on May 28. “Masaba Gupta, founder and the creative force behind the brand, has redefined Indian fashion with her distinctive style, blending traditional elements with contemporary flair. With a focus on celebrating individuality and inclusivity, House of Masaba has become a favourite among the fashion-forward clientele, both in India and globally.”
Designed to offer an immersive shopping experience, the store houses House of Masaba’s womenswear line as well as Gupta’s LoveChild colour cosmetics line. Festive and occasion wear takes centre stage in the store with bridal options for the summer wedding season.
The store’s interior is designed to create a tranquil environment within the city while embodying the brand’s philosophy. The store’s interior represents a blank canvas to highlight the label’s brightly coloured garments and the signature House of Masaba bindi logo is rendered as a scarlet tile chip sculpture.
