Spanish fragrance business Eurofragance has launched its first ‘Creative Centre’ in Mumbai to strengthen its presence in India. The opening brings Eurofragance’s global Creative Centre total to five and will facilitate the expansion of the business’ capabilities and resources in India and beyond.
“We recognise the tremendous opportunity presented by India’s thriving market,” said Eurofragance’s CEO Laurent Mercier in a press release. “In effect, actual operations began in 2020; since then, we have experienced exponential growth with a notable post-pandemic acceleration. This strategic move underscores our commitment to embracing growth opportunities in dynamic economies, cementing our position as a global leader in fragrance innovation.”
The Mumbai Creative Centre will enable the business to better cater to both the needs and fragrance preferences of its customers in India. Joining its Creative Centres in Singapore, Dubai, Mexico, and Spain, the establishment will see perfume specialists and lab scientists work together to craft new scents. The Mumbai Creative Centre will maintain close links with its Dubai counterpart to leverage its experience in Gulf fragrances.
“This strategic move not only enhances our ability to deliver high-quality fragrances, but also reduces even further turnaround times for projects that will benefit our customers,” said Eurofragance’s general manager for India Mayur Kapse. “With equal emphasis on the home and personal care categories alongside fine fragrance, we can meet and exceed market demands while remaining customer centric.”
