Television shopping marketplace Ezmall has partnered with e-commerce enabler Unicommerce to ameliorate its supply chain operations and use Unicommerce’s platform to manage its warehousing and increase its delivery speed.
“We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Ezmall, a leading House of Brands in India with a host of 10 plus direct to customer brands that offer an extensive array of products across apparel and accessories, beauty and personal care, electronics, and kitchen appliances segments,” announced Unicommerce on Facebook. “With Unicommerce’s innovative order and warehouse management solutions, Ezmall will streamline its order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries to its customers nationwide. This partnership signifies our commitment to supporting businesses in their growth journey, enabling them to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience to their customers.”
Ezmall retails a wide range of products including ethnic wear, sarees, western wear, personal care goods, hair care, jewellery, gift items, home textiles, and kitchenware. The business focuses on value retail and offers promotions such as buy one get one free.
“The demand for our products has been growing month by month and we are eying to better serve Ezmall’s fast-growing consumer base owing to our aggressive plan of launching more brands in coming months,” said Ezmall’s business head Vishal Srivastava, India Retailing reported.
Direct to customer brands which retail through Ezmall process approximately 30,000 orders each month. The business’ warehouse is located in Noida and Ezmall aims to increase it order processing capacity with Unicommerce.
