Fine jewellery brand CaratLane has opened its 250th store to date in Sargasan, Gandhinagar in the state of Gujarat. The brand, operated as a partnership with Titan Company label Tanishq, is now present in 100 Indian cities.
“We are thrilled to announce we are now 250 stores strong in 100 cities across the country just in time for Diwali,” announced CaratLane on Linkedin. “This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it’s all thanks to our incredible team and the support of our loyal customers. Here’s to spreading the sparkle further and wider, one city at a time.”
The new store retails CaratLane’s selection of occasion and everyday gold jewellery, including its festive collection of sparkling designs for the Diwali season. CaratLane opened over nine stores in the month of October in locations including New Delhi, Udaipur, Chennai, Darbhanga, Patna, Nellore, and Bengaluru.
CaratLane crossed the Rs 2,000 crore revenue mark in the 2023 financial year, India Retailing reported. The business saw its revenue from operations increase by 56.7% year-on-year during the fourth quarter of the 2023 fiscal and is confident that it will continue to see strong growth in the current financial year. CaratLane was established in 2008 and received investments from Titan Company in 2016.
